Call Firks 1st!! I had considered selling my house for a little over a year. During that time I was indecisive, but thought I would at least do some research, and texted to a number on sign of one of the houses in the neighborhood. That number was part of Dan Firks agency. There were a couple of cold calls from them, but as I said, I was undecided on what I would do. Thankfully there was no pressure, or constant phone calls. This summer, I finally decided to make the move. After getting in contact with Dan's office, they offered to send me a market analysis for my neighborhood. Everything looked good on paper, but I needed a better understanding of what those numbers meant, so I scheduled a meeting with Dan. It was set for a Saturday morning at ten, and when I met with Dan, I was greeted with a burst of energy, which I came to realize is one of his most defining characteristics. Within minutes he had a game plan, a price point, and a way that it would become a reality, as long as I would put in the work on my end.
