Buyer one is a Veteran that served in the armed forces and is looking for a house or townhouse (prefer single family home) as he would like to get a dog and have a fenced yard. He is looking in Plano, Yorkville & Montgomery, min 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ bath & 1 Car garage. Price under $220,000.00

Buyer two is actually looking for two different homes/properties:

1. Single family home in North Plainfield or Naperville, 3 bed (min), 1ST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM, 2.5 bath, 2 Garage, priced under $650,000

2. Single family or townhouse in the Naperville School Dist. 203, 2 bed (min), 2 bath, & under $300,000.00
